Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

What if I forget my password?

On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a new page where you can begin the process of password recovery.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

At OUI POWER, your payment is secure every step of the way. When purchasing online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page of Paypal. Your information is then encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network (where your card and transaction are authorized and approved). Your credit card information is NOT stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at our discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment through Paypal.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 1.00 regardless of the time the order has been placed as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. If you are on vacation, please have your purchase sent to your residential address rather than your vacation address. Occasionally it can take some time to clear customs and you don’t want to miss your purchase!

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. In general, here is how we process your order and the associated delays.

We pick up all the ordered articles in our warehouse and pack them so it can be picked up by our shipping partner. This step usually lasts 1 to 3 working days

  1. Shipping

Your order is then shipped and you will receive the associated tracking number to check your order status and whereabouts. This step usually lasts 1 to 5 working days

  1. Delivery

Our shipping partner will take care of your order deliver it right to your door, according to the shipping method you chose during checkout. This step usually lasts 2 to 4 weeks

How do I track my order?

We will email you the tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. (Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to appear in the tracking system).

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in France. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-8 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by 1OO% secured airmail. You will be able to track your parcel the whole time and you will receive your order within 2-4 weeks.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited by Paypal to your account.

OUI POWER FEATURES

What makes OUI POWER better than other magnetic cables/adaptors in the market?

There are many features, though the most important is that we are the first to incorporate our patent-pending magnetic connector technology and as our magnets are positioned at the exterior of both the cable and connector tip it will always connect easily. We are also using reversible USB Port so charging connection is instant on both side of the cable.

Can the magnets damage my phone in any way?

No, we have completed months of laboratory and field testing to ensure the magnetic field does not interfere with the phone in any way.

How strong is the magnetic connection?

We’ve designed OUI POWER to be strong enough to lift an iPhone 6 Plus or an iPad so the magnetic strength is considerably strong so that it won’t disconnect unless fair force is applied.

Is it easy to remove the tip from the phone?

The tip will stay in place from any general daily use even if the phone is dropped, yet it can be easily removed with just your fingers when needed.

What is the length of the cable?

The length of all OUI POWER cables which come in the cable set is 1m (3.28ft).

Does OUI POWER support data transfer for Apple and Android devices?

Yes compatible for Apple Lightning, Micro USB and USB-C.

Can I plug OUI POWER into my laptop, computer, car charger or power bank?

OUI POWER is compatible with everything your existing USB cable is, so it will work with all devices that are USB compatible.

Will OUI POWER affect the charging speed?

OUI POWER will not alter any device’s charging speed and can handle the maximum charging speed for mobile phones.

Can I connect any magnetic cable (Apple, Micro USB, USB-C) with any magnetic adapter (Apple, Micro USB, USB-C) or vice versa?

Yes, OUI POWER’s cable and adapter are cross compatible. That means you can buy a magnetic cable for Apple Lightning, and then buy an extra Micro USB or USB-C adapter, it will be compatible with your existing cable.

Why have you not chosen to use the original lightning connector or have MFi certification?

Apple has not released a magnetic lightning connector, hence it is not possible to apply for MFi certification and by producing a lightning connector that is not MFi certified, it leaves that company open to legal action by Apple. Any company claiming to have a MFi magnetic connector is not possible as of July 2015. You can ask the company for a PPID number from Apple as proof.

Does OUI POWER support QC2.0 or QC3.0?

OUI POWER will support up to 5V/2.4Amps, which is more than most cables available, but it will not support the maximum speeds of Qualcomm Quick Charge technology due to the 5V limit of the LED light. We have tested our cable with a QC2.0 charger and charge speeds are 10% slower from 0 – 50% battery power, and exactly the same speed from 50% – 100% battery power.
